Open cloud files and bring Voice Recorder audio and transcripts into the editor.

Use cloud files when you need them
Local import, recording, editing, and export never require an account. File → Open from Cloud…, Insert → Insert from Cloud…, and Export → Export to Cloud as WAV or MP3 use your Puter drive and ask you to sign in when needed. Cloud actions and transcription require an internet connection.
All audio processing happens in the browser. Choosing a cloud save uploads the finished file to Puter; choosing transcription sends the audio to the speech-to-text service you picked. Local autosave stays in the browser.
Open a Voice Recorder recording
- Choose File → Open from Voice Recorder….
- Sign in and allow the requested read access if prompted.
- Choose a recording in the picker and open it.
When the recording already has a word-level transcript, it arrives with the audio, ready for text-based selection without another transcription. A recording without transcript data opens as plain audio.
Keep the original recording intact
The integration asks only for read access to Voice Recorder’s recordings and transcript data. Edits live in Audio Editor and leave through its normal project-save and audio-export paths; nothing is written back to Voice Recorder.
If no recordings appear, check that you are signed in to the same Puter account, that read permission was granted, and that the recording exists in Voice Recorder. You can also download the audio there and open it locally.
